MEETINGS
 

The backbone of BRGFA operations is the monthly meeting. General Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month (minus the summer break). Anyone is welcome to attend, but only BRGFA members in good standing may vote on motions. If anyone wishes to add an agenda item -- to raise a new issue and/or address the board and membership --  they are asked to submit a request to the Secretary two weeks in advance of the relevant meeting. (Email is preferred -- use the contact form or brgfa_news@outlook.com). Meeting minutes are available to all.

All are welcome at BRGFA general meetings. Only members in good standing may vote on motions. If you would like to add an agenda item, please sumbit your request to the secretary at least two weeks in advance of the relevant meeting. All BRGFA announcements and news are made available through the website and email. Please contact an executive if you have questions or concerns.

At every meeting the minutes from the last meeting are reviewed and accepted via a motion. (Approved minutes for the last calendar year are available on the Minutes Archive page.)
